FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
HEY LIZ, DO YOU TRAVEL?
YES! Travel is such a huge part of my career and one of the great loves of my life. A flight, accommodation and rental car and I’m all yours. I’ve been lucky enough to shoot work in Seattle (my home away from home), Philadelphia, Oregon, northern California, the San Juan Islands and Italy. My most recent trip was a lovely little vacation in Paris, Amsterdam and London. Photos here >
WHO IS YOUR CLIENT?
Choosing your photographer isn’t just about your budget. It’s about a connection. It’s about investing in someone who invests in you. The couples I work with want an experience and I’ll be damned if I don’t deliver. They’re full of life, they have edge and not the most traditional. They want more than just photos and what they see on Pinterest. They want images that make you stop and stare. If this sounds like you, then let’s start a conversation.
DO YOU OFFER FULL DAY WEDDING COVERAGE?
Yes. I recently made the decision to offer full day coverage. Sometimes I need more than 8 hours to cover your day to it’s fullest potential and I rather take my time than be limited. You can expect me to be there most of the day until I feel I have the full story. Every wedding is different and that’s why I like to stop, wait, shoot, pay attention and shoot some more.
ARE YOU INSURED?
Yup. I got you.
WHEN CAN I EXPECT TO RECEIVE MY WEDDING PHOTOS?
Depending on what time of year it is and my travel schedule, you can expect to receive your photos within 5-6 weeks.
DO YOU HAVE A SECOND SHOOTER?
I shoot 98% weddings by myself and feel completely confident doing so. However, if you want it, you got it. Second shooters can be a great addition if you have a particularly large wedding or things in multiple locations. You can always ask and we can see what best suits your wedding!
DO YOU LOVE TO DANCE AT THE RECEPTION?
Oh yeah. Just go with it.
DO WE NEED TO FEED YOU AT THE RECEPTION?
Yes, please. Unless you want me to die. I eat everything by the way.
DO YOU SPEAK SPANISH?
Fluent with Colombian roots. My parents wouldn’t have it any other way.
